Unit Introduction: The Human Resources and Representative Affairs Department of Arian Manufacturing Industries was established in November 1999 with the aim of maximizing the use of the company’s human resources and organizing the affairs related to the company’s representatives and started its activities with 2 specialists.
Description of duties of representatives:
Developing advertising strategies to attract representatives
Developing special incentive plans for Arian representatives and sales agents
Recruiting representatives from among those who qualify
Documented planning for training and supporting representatives
Dispatching specialized forces to branches for strategic training
Monitoring the work of representatives and instructors and sending regular reports to the company’s CEO
Appropriate planning for the proper implementation of the policies and guidelines communicated by the company’s think tank
Reviewing the performance of the representatives and providing the necessary suggestions to improve the quality of activities
Continuous communication of the activities of the representatives and collecting financial and administrative requirements and reflecting it to the CEO
Providing the necessary guidelines for compiling the programs of representatives and sales agents
Providing expert opinions on the advertising programs and budget of the company’s representative offices
Preparing and organizing statistics and information related to the company’s representative offices
Identifying suitable places to establish and launch supervision and representation, as well as providing
the necessary suggestions
Identifying qualified and capable forces in order to introduce them to a superior to supervise
representatives in Required geographical areas
Taking appropriate measures to improve the productivity of representatives’ activities
