Types of ventilation in Dawa Jin
1- Minimum ventilation (Ainimum / winter ventilation):
In minimal ventilation, used in cold weather or at the beginning of the rearing period, the main objective is to introduce fresh air into the poultry house and remove excess moisture, harmful gases (carbon dioxide, ammonia, etc.) and dust from the hall It is minimally ventilated, in this type of ventilation there should be no air It comes into direct contact with the bird.
2- Intermediate / transition ventilation:
The use of this type of ventilation begins when the bird is larger and the outside air is warmer. The air temperature in the hall should not rise and excess heat outside the poultry house should be removed.
3- Tunnel ventilation:
In this type of ventilation, a tunnel ventilator is placed at one end of the poultry hall and a tunnel ventilator is placed at the other end of the hall. These ventilation systems are mostly used in hot climates where, in addition to air exchange, adequate airflow velocity must be generated.
Broiler management
Improper bed management increases ammonia in the salon, and we need more ventilation to dispose of excess ammonia.
More fuel is used to heat the hall up to 2% more
Wet beds due to improper ventilation, improper management of sprinklers in poultry house
An imbalance in chicken feed nutrients (sodium and amino acids) is high flock concentration when cold air enters the hall with warm, humid air, causing droplets One of the main purposes of ventilation in cold weather is to remove moisture from the bed caused by droppings is formed). As cold air has a lower I (moisture) holding capacity, it consequently fails to remove moisture from the substrate sufficiently and eventually the substrate moisture becomes excessive.
