Crowned feeder pipe
A metal crowned feeder pipe is used to transfer feed from the hopper to the plates and distribute feed in the hall. A crown-like protrusion is designed on these pipes to prevent the chicken from climbing on the pipe and twisting it. Each pipe branch has 5 holes for the feed to exit into the plate. The crown of these pipes prevents the plate from rotating, and the protrusion under the pipe prevents the plate from moving left and right. These pipes do not need a shock wire because they have a crown, so buying a crowned feeder pipe saves on the final amount. The pipe is made of galvanized sheet and is 1 mm thick with a pipe drop of 45 mm. These pipes are produced in an automatic plate feeder in a 4-meter branch model. The installation distance of the feeder plate in 4-meter branches is every 80 cm. 5 plates are installed every 4 meters.

Simple feeder pipe
A feeder pipe is used to transfer feed from the hopper to the plates and distribute feed in the hall. Each 4-meter pipe branch has 5 holes for the feed to exit into the plate. These pipes cannot prevent the plate from rotating because they do not have a crown. The sheet thickness of these pipes is 1.25 mm and they are highly durable. Feeder pipes without a crown cannot prevent the plate from moving left and right because they do not have an extension under the pipe. This pipe requires a shock wire to be pulled above the pipe because it does not have a crown and because birds walk on the pipe and cause the pipe to bend.

Pipe diameter 45 mm
Sheet thickness 1.25 mm
Hot-dip galvanized coating – punched at a distance of 08 cm
